Must remember things in the first year of
college
After a long time, we are back with another is a
useful post for students. Every student faces some challenges during the early
days of college life. So
in this post, I'm going to discuss some tips for first-year and second-year
students as well. So let’s start we will discuss all the important points one
by one.
Maintain your CGPA: you have to maintain your CGPA from starting only from the first
semester only right it's not like that you have to maintain very good marks
like 90 plus or 90% plus or 95% plus in every semester no but obviously in the final
year when you are going for any companies then they have some cutoff 60% 65% this
kind of cutoff right so at least try to maintain your marks above that cutoff
maybe I'll suggest above at least 65% marks should be there in every semester
right and it's not a big deal it's not like that for these for this percent is
you have to study for 16 hours 18 hours so 20 hours a day know at this point of
time you are mature enough and you can easily score at least 65 percent marks
right just to have to take care of few things fine so first your primary focus
is obviously to maintain your CGPA.
Manage Time: you should manage time between your classes and other activities.
In your college, you will get many opportunities but you may ignore them due to
classes. So try to manage the time don’t ignore them. For example, if you are
good at dramatics go for it.
Communication Skills: If you need to join any English speaking course just go for it it's fine but you have to practice at your home as well or maybe at your hostel-like for at your PG right so you have to improve this thing also and you have to improve your communication skills.
Exercise Regularly: You should exercise regularly. You can join a GYM and follow a proper diet plan. You can go for a morning walk on your college campus. You may get some good friends there.
Try to develop a skill: This is a very important thing you should focus on. If you are in a technical field, you must learn a programming language like C++, Java. These skills can give you an edge over other students and it will help you in your placements too.
I hope this post we will going to help you. For any doubts and queries you can comment. So see you again with another post.
